In case there is a high usage of your CPU/RAM at some point, you might have a small decrease in the voice quality, but the app will always try to keep the noise cancellation on the top. The accent here is on the noise cancellation though. The settings are adjusted accordingly based on the quality of your microphone and the current computer load.
This mode automatically gives you the best noise cancellation, voice quality, and balanced CPU/RAM usage whenever possible.
